The mark consists of the design of a three-dimensional configuration of the design feature of the goods which is a design for a pocket. The mark appears as an exterior stitching line that mirrors the exterior shape of the pocket extending along an angled vertical surface and then extends across at an angle to where the pocket comes to a point and the stitching comes to a point and then extending in the opposite direction parallel to the lower portion of the pocket and then a stitching line that mirrors the opposite end of the pocket.
