The color(s) red is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of an irregularly shaped design. The design is all in one shade of red and is made of three connected sections. The top section consists of a partial circle resembling a sun. The outer part of the circle is thick with thick and short, curved lines coming off the circle to resemble sun rays. The sun rays all bend towards a clockwise direction. There are multiple rays around the sun except for the bottom portion of the sun which blends into the middle section of the mark. The inside of the circle is hollow except for a single curved line originating from the portion of the mark immediately beneath the sun. The curve goes up and into the center of the sun, curving in a clockwise direction and ending in a dull point. The middle section of the mark consists of four thick and slightly curved lines. The top-most line originates from the area at the bottom of the sun and goes diagonally down to the left, curving slightly in a clockwise direction. The next line appears to originate from the bottom right portion of the sun and goes diagonally down to the right, curving slightly in a counter clockwise direction. These first two lines appear to intersect with one another and with the curved line that goes into the center of the sun. The third and fourth lines originate from the area where the first two lines intersect, placing them beneath the first two lines. The third line goes diagonally down to the left, curving slightly in a clockwise direction; and the fourth line goes diagonally down to the right, curving slightly in a counter clockwise direction. The bottom section of the mark consists of a shape resembling a trapezoid. The trapezoid is connected where its upper left corner would ordinarily be to the third line of the middle section of the mark. There are two thin cuts in the bottom of the trapezoid starting from its base and going diagonally upwards to the right. The cuts go nearly to the top of the trapezoid and are placed so that they create a left portion and a middle portion of the trapezoid which are equally thick. The right portion of the trapezoid then is thicker than the others.
