The mark consists of a gritty image of a severed zombie head, with scraggly hair, a missing lower jaw, a dangling uvula, and an exposed spine, is displayed within a glass bell jar. The bell jar has a solid base, which has the zombie head's shadow cast upon it. The bell jar also houses several bubbles, loose hair strands, and little chunks which are floating around the head. The bell jar is surrounded with the stylized wording "PRACTICALLY ALIVE", all on top of a slightly illuminated circular background.
