The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods and/or services provided are being sold by a business with its headquarters not located within the State of Colorado but that employs 100 - 250 Colorado residents and the goods and/or services meet the following requirements: (a) the goods and/or services are not fraudulent, counterfeit, threatening, intimidating, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or illegal and would not give rise to criminal or civil liability; (b) the goods and/or services do not consist of, or relate to marijuana, adult entertainment, online gambling sites or political, activist or religious organizations or groups that intend to sway public opinion or views; and (c) the goods and/or services comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
