The thick line which forms the door frame terminates directly above the "T", without contacting the "T". Inside this door frame, there is a door that is partially opened, with a door knob, and a darker background which is shaded to give the opening between the doorway and the partially opened door the appearance of an entrance into a room. There is a light border around the entire mark, which creates a shadow effect.
