The color(s) brown, yellow, green, blue, black, white, red, pink, orange and tan is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a carrier oval outlined in tan, brown and yellow. Inside the oval is the depiction of a pink pig, wearing yellow swim trunks with a red apple design and red-rimmed sunglasses reflecting the blue sky and yellow beach sand surrounding him. The pig is illustrated sitting on the beach reclining against a palm tree. The palm tree is pictured vertically with a light brown trunk flecked with horizontal tan and brown stripes on the bark, green palm fronds and a clump of green coconuts along the top of the tree. The length of the palm tree occupies approximately three quarters of the left side of the oval. The pig is depicted holding a green coconut topped with white and sipping from the coconut with a straw. The pig is outlined in black and his features consist of an outline of a mouth in the form of a half smile or smirk, an oval snout, slanted nostrils, lifted eyebrows and two strands of hair. On the yellow sand to the left of the pig are a variety of fruits, mostly tropical, including, an orange, yellow bananas, an open mamey fruit depicting the brown exterior peel and the pink interior with a black oval pit, an open papaya with a green exterior and orange colored oval interior with brown seeds, a red mango partially open, and an open banana passionfruit (a/k/a lulo fruit) depicted in an orange tinge with a quartered interior. Immediately pictured to the right of the pig are the images of yellow sand along the bottom of the oval and for about two thirds of the oval, an expansive blue sea and blue sky with pale blue and white clouds visible in the background of the oval. From the middle to the right side of the oval are the words in brown lettering: "EL COCO LOCO" which translates in English to: THE CRAZY COCONUT. The letters comprising the word "EL" are approximately half the size of the letters used for each of the words "COCO" and "LOCO". The first letters of each of the words "EL", "COCO" and" LOCO" respectively, are capitalized and the second letter "O" of each of the words "COCO" and "LOCO" have the image of an open coconut in brown and topped with white. Each of the letters in the wording are illustrated with slightly jagged edges mimicking the texture of the inner coconut peel and are surrounded by a light yellow jagged outline. One of the pig's feet rests on the bottom of the capital letter "L" in the word "LOCO". The images comprising the logo are entirely contained within the oval outlined in tan and brown with a thinner light yellow outline surrounding the thicker tan and brown outline.
The English translation of ''EL COCO LOCO'' in the mark is ''THE CRAZY COCONUT''.
