The color(s) there are two variants to the mark: one uses light blue and grey (please see attached mark) while the other uses red and grey. is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of there are three words, Building, Great , Relationships, all in capital letters and stacked on top of each other, aligned to the left. The first letter in each of these words is either red or blue (two variants to the mark) while the remaining letters are grey. Just to the left of the three stacked words are three columns with three circles (shaded to give the effect of three dimensions)on top. The columns are progressively taller, starting with the smallest column on the left. The bottom of the columns aligns with the bottom of the bottom word (Relationships). The top of the columns is somewhat concave with the right side ending higher than the left. There are two white lines that go through all three columns in an upward (left to right) arch. The columns and the circles at the top of each are colored either blue or red. The color corresponds to the color used in the first letter of the word. for example, if the color red is used in the letter, then red would be used in the columns, such that only one color, red or blue will be used with the grey.
