"'DESIGNS'"
The mark consists of a large letter "T", with a fragment from a drawing of a watch contained inside. To the left of this large "T", written in stylized font, are the letters "AR", and to the right the letters "EMPUS". These letters combine to read "ARTEMPUS". Below the "EMPUS" are the words "INVERSIONS AND DESIGNS" in stylized font. To the right of the letter "T", and superimposed underneath the letters "EMPUS", there are a series of ornamented concentric circles, one on top of the other in layers, forming a rounded grouping. Each circle is composed of an outer thin ring, following inwardly with a wider blank ring and ending, in the center of each circle, with a disk ornamented with an abstract fretwork. In the uppermost layer of these stacked up circles and in the center of the grouping there is one full circle. Beneath this first full circle there are two layers of truncated circles, increasing in size, from smaller to larger. Overlapping this grouping of circles and in a darker tone, there is a stylized drawing of a watch gear.
