The color(s) yellow, beige, crimson, and brown is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a yellow rectangular box with round corners, containing within it a design element and a literal element. The design element includes a combination of curved lines in the color brown that resemble a hand drawn coffee cup and its saucer. At the top of the coffee cup, a beige-colored swirl design is drawn, representing the content of the coffee cup. From the center of the beige swirl design a crimson colored stick is emerging. Above and around the same beige swirl design, six short and straight brown lines are extending outwards. The design element occupies the top half of the mark. Below the design element, the literal element appears in three lines. The first line, directly below the design element, includes, in stylized letters, the term "CinnaStirs", where the Cinna- portion of the term is in brown and the -Stirs portion of the term is in crimson color. Below the term "CinnaStirs", in a smaller font size and stylized letters, the phrase "making a good cup of coffee or tea great" appears in the brown color. Directly below the said phrase, on the last and third line of the literal element, in stylized letters and font size slightly bigger than that of the second line, the phrase "one stir at a time!" is displayed in the brown color. The literal element occupies the bottom half of the mark.
