The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a novelty ornament for a pair of eyeglasses designed to look like a leprechaun's face. The hat which has a belt with a rectangular buckle in the center and a flower with four petals on its left side is mounted above the frame line of the eyeglasses and it curves inward towards the back of the eyeglass frame. Directly below the hat is a large patch of hair centered in the front and two small patches of hair are placed on the sides, giving an impression that there is a full set of hair under the hat. The eyeglasses are connected to the low hanging beard with two chains hanging from the eyeglasses each of which is attached to the bottom of each eyeglass frame. The dotted lines outlining the eyeglasses and the arm show placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
