The color(s) gray, green, blue and purple is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a cluster of seven ovals which connect at their base with each oval gradually getting larger and surrounding the smaller ovals, each tilted to the right at about a 30° angle. Each oval is a different color. The three smallest ovals, in order of size, are light gray, medium gray and dark gray and are unbroken. The four larger ovals break near the lower half with the appearance of a white line intersecting them. The four largest ovals, in order from smallest to largest, are green, light blue, blue and purple, with the section above the intersecting white line being slightly darker in color than the section below the intersecting white line. The word "BE" appears to the right of the largest oval in capital letters and is purple. The word "above" is centered below the word "BE" and contains the same intersecting white line that continues from the oval cluster breaking the word "above" in half. The top half of he word "above" is the same purple as the word "BE" and the lower half of the word "above" is a lighter shade of purple. The phrase, "The Art and Science of Human Transformation" in a smaller, gray font is located below the word "above" and to the right of the bottom of the oval cluster.
