The color(s) black, brown, red, orange, and green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the upper case letters "SIL" in very dark grey for the top two-thirds of the letters and black for the bottom one-third of each of the letters, and with the letter "O" between the "S" and "I" represented by a light bulb shape with the bottom part of the bulb that screws into the socket in black, and the bottom one-fourth of the bulb in brown and above the brown, a white line across, then the next one-fourth in red and above the red, a white line across, then the next one-fourth in orange and then above the orange, a white line across, and the final top one-fourth in green; and in the center of the bulb in white a stem growing vertically through the center of the brown, red, and orange segments, and a leaf at the top of the stem with a green vein in the middle of the leaf set in the green portion of the light bulb; and then four green squares on the outside of the light bulb coming out of the light bulb where the leaf ends; and with a very thin green horizontal line under the letter "S", a very thin orange horizontal line under the light bulb, a very thin red horizontal line under the letter "I", and a very thin brown horizontal line under the letter "L"; and underneath the colored horizontal lines written in much smaller all upper case letters in black the words "SERVICE OPTIMIZATION AND INNOVATION LAB.
