To the left of this large "T", written in stylized font, are the letters "AR", and to the right the letters "EMPUS". These letters combine to read "ARTEMPUS". Below the "EMPUS" are the words "INVERSIONS AND DESIGNS" in stylized font. Beneath this first full circle there are two layers of truncated circles, increasing in size, from smaller to larger. Overlapping this grouping of circles and in a darker tone, there is a stylized drawing of a watch gear of ornamented concentric circles, one on top of the other in layers, forming a rounded grouping. Each circle is composed of an outer thin ring, following inwardly with a wider blank ring and ending, in the center of each circle, with a disk ornamented with an abstract fretwork.
