The mark consists of a Bald Eagle with Winds Displayed: Represents the United States in the center of the design of a seal with a Fouled Anchor: (derived from Marines and Navy Seals) Symbolizes the Marine Corps and the Navy on top of a Globe: Symbolizes the service in any part of the world Flag: Loyalty to the country. The seal has an outer circle with the stylized text "Hire Our Heroes" with Three Stars: Portray the three Departments of the National Defense Establishment, Army, Navy, and Air Force. Thunderbolts: (derived from the Air force Seal) Portray striking power through the medium of air behind the eagle and in the center circle Olive Branch and Arrows: (derived from the Army Seal) Arrows on its Left Talon Symbolize the Colonies and in the eagle's right talon an olive Branch, together symbolizing that the United States has "a strong desire for peace, but will always be ready for war." The eagle has its head turned towards the olive branch, said to symbolize a preference for peace.
