The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clip which is rectangular, with rounded corners and a smoothed top portion which is thicker than the bottom portion. The top and bottom portions of the clip are attached by a hinge on one short end of the rectangle and by a snapping 'latch'-type mechanism on the other short end. The underside of the clip has two parallel openings in the form of centered slits, which are shorter than the length of the overall clip. The clip opens and closes in a similar fashion to a "barrette".
