Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a firehouse emblem with a circle in the center and four rockers surrounding the circle. The words "FIREHOUSE" are in the top rocker, done in block letters, and the word "ART" is in the bottom rocker, also done in block letters, all caps. In the center, the words "INK & LADDER CO, LLC" appear with the word "INK" at the top, second row down is the ampersand, below the ampersand is a ladder placed diagonally from the left top corner to the right bottom corner, crossing over the ladder in the complete opposite (diagonal) direction is a fountain style calligrapher's pen, under the crossed ladder and calligraphy pen is the word "LADDER", and below that are the words "CO, LLC", also in all caps. In the left rocker is a palm tree and moon, a typical symbol for South Carolina, and in the right rocker is a pineapple, also symbolic to SC, namely, Charleston.
