Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of three or four, roughly three-quarter circles, in the shape of a backward Capital "C". The circles depict ocean waves. The bottom of these lines converge into one connecting point and the top of these lines are unconnected. On the far right bottom of the mark, a "tail" line protrudes out and away from the outer circle and curves in the opposite direction. The words "Surf Life" in hand written font, are written in the empty space consisting of the missing quarter of the circles. The word "Surf" is above the word "Life" and slant at a roughly 30 degree rising angle with each letter in the word being slightly higher in space than the preceding letter. Both words start with a capital letter that is larger than the other letters by about 40 percent. Inside the circle, centered and near the top, is an upside down stick figure of a person, with a line protruding from the figures right ankle, depicting a surfer that has been dislodged from his or her surfboard. Also inside the circle, slightly right of center and almost touching the inner circle, is an upright stick figure, on a surfboard, depicting the figure surfing on the inner circle as if on a an ocean wave. The Mark is black.
