The mark consists of a globe positioned at the center of the figure with the left hemisphere colored black and the right hemisphere colored white and gray with evidence of land masses. A second curved arrow starts at the equator of the right hemisphere, courses downward crossing the two hemispheres coursing under the two parallel white bars, starting in the right hemisphere colored black on the white and gray background of the right hemisphere and once in the left hemisphere of the globe coursing upward in the left hemisphere now the arrow colored white on a black background of the left hemisphere, the arrow head pointing at what would be the equator of the globe. Above the globe is a semi-circle and rays depicting the sun. A straight arrow enters the left hemisphere of the globe from the left side positioned underneath the characters "3CO2" and "8NH3", this arrow initially colored black on a white background, but the arrow is then colored white on a black background when the arrowhead is located in the left hemisphere pointing at the center axis of the globe. A straight arrow originates in the lower portion of the right hemisphere and exits the right hemisphere of the globe pointing toward the right, this arrow is black in color and is positioned underneath the characters "6H20", "4N2", and "3CH4". The word "ESSENTIAL" is positioned over the top of the globe and sun, but located in the rays of the sun. The phrase "EQUATION 4 LIFE" is positioned below the globe.
