The color(s) I am claiming the yellow smiley face within the red brim that has "Smiles'" "Baked Goods" and the stars in white. Also, I'm claiming the black lines that make out the circle and the smiley faces eyes, and smile. is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of The mark is a yellow smiley face with black lines that make up the eyes and the smile ( oval shape ). The smiley face also contains a white slash on the "forehead". The yellow smiley is outlined in circular black lines, which separates the red surrounding the smiley face. The red smiley has white words on top that state " Smiles'", two white stars, and white words that state "Baked Goods." The red outer layer is also traced in black circular lines.
