"GROUP NC LLC"
The mark consists of "The Paladin Group NC, llc" written in Old English script, in blue, on a white background. Below the wording is the outline of the State of North Carolina, the left 40% being blue and the right 60% being two strips running horizontal, Red over white. On the left side of the state's solid blue portion is the imprint of the center portion of the official State flag of North Carolina and is written "May 29th, 1775", printed on a ribbon in yellow, arching downward over a white star, with "N" and "C" on either side of the star, in yellow. Below the star, "April 12th, 1776", printed on a ribbon in yellow, arching upward. A knight in full armor and helmet, identified as a "Paladin", is placed over the red and white strip portion of the "state", and is representing the Paladin (Knight) walking out of the state or away from the state. The Paladin has a white sword outlined in gray in his right hand, held toward the ground at about a 30 degree angle and a white shield outlined in gray in his left hand. The shield is held in a relaxed position, mid-body and slightly left of the body's center-line. The shield and the Paladin's breast plate (tunic) have the red "cross" symbol, identifying the Paladin as a member of the Knight Templar. The Paladin is wearing a white tunic and cape over gray chain-male armor and is wearing brown knee high boots. A smaller shield (designed like the first) is attached just above the wrist of the Paladin's right hand. He is also wearing a white cape with red on the shoulders and a gray mask of armor. The background of the mark is white.
