The mark consists of a stylized, left-facing eagle which is superimposed upon a stylized, circular tribal shield containing nine concentric circles each with a different line and dot tribal pattern; protruding from the top, right, bottom and left of the shield's outermost circle is a solid line that is thick at the bottom narrowing at the top and terminating into a solid ball; the circular tribal shield is superimposed upon a stylized directional ordinal with the north, east, south and west directions indicated with a pointed triangle and the northeast, southeast, southwest and northwest directions indicated with three alternating white and black dots.
