"CASTLE" FOR INTERNATIONAL CLASSES 16 AND 41
The mark consists of a three story castle which has a center tower that extends upward. From the front right corner of the tower a flag is flying. The castle is set on grounds with trees to both the left and right of the castle. To the front of the trees and the castle is open lawn. At the end of the lawn is a textured shadow that is reflective of the trees and castle tower. On the right side of the shadow reaching into the trees and right side of the castle, is an outline of an Egyptian man with a cloth wrapped around his waist, sandals on his feet and a headdress. His left arm is extended forward with a stick in his hand and his right arm is raised and is holding a staff in the air. Above the castle are two (2) heraldic interlocking letter "C"s, one of which is facing forward and the other of which is backwards. Above the interlocking "C"s is a coronet. Directly centered under the castle and superimposed over the lawn and shadow of the tower of the castle is the literal element "HIGHCLERE CASTLE" in stylized upper case letters.
