The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration for trade dress for the appearance of the front exterior of a jazz club building. Art deco-style detailing appears in silver along the exterior sides of the building, the outside of the elongated octagonal window, the outside of the doors and the interior door panels and across the front edge of the overhanging fascia. The exterior walls are maroon with white lining. The name "LENOX LOUNGE" appears in white on a black rectangular background at the top portion of the building.
