The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the bottle for the goods with wording and two-dimensional designs thereon. The cap of the container is brown in color on which the phrase "EL RON MAS PREMIADO" is partially showing in black. A brown liquid is shown inside the bottle to indicate location of the goods, but neither the liquid nor the brown color of the liquid is claimed as a feature of the mark. The dotted lines outlining the container and cap indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
