The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the bottle for the goods with wording and two-dimensional designs thereon. The cap of the container is brown in color on which the phrase "EL RON MAS PREMIADO" is partially showing in black. The bottom of the bottle shows "FACUNDO" embossed. A brown liquid is shown inside the bottle to indicate location of the goods, but neither the liquid nor the brown color of the liquid is claimed as a feature of the mark. The dotted lines outlining the container and cap indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
