"FULLY INSURED" OR "24 HOURS CARE"
The mark consists of a purple-uniformed, female nurse wearing a gray nurse's cap and a brown watchband, standing upright and pushing in front of her a wheelchair with light blue side panels, in which is seated a male patient wearing light orange pants, a tan sweater, and reading a book with the aid of brown-tinted glasses. Situated in the foreground, the nurse and patient are both facing three-quarters forward to their right, and are starting to enter onto a brown-outlined path winding its way back to three front steps of a Tudor-style house in the background. The house is an extremely light shade of green. The front steps are indicated by three brown horizontal lines. The house is a single story building with a light orange shingled roof and one green-bricked chimney on the right, landscaped with green shrubbery in front of the house on either side of the front entrance, with a green tree on either side of the house in back. The front doorway is composed of light orange, double-doors with a red window in each, and it is crowned by a gable in the center of the house roof, and bordered on each side by door-sized, light orange, rectangular panels, each containing red windows set in rows of 2 panes across and 8 panes down. There is a large green bay window symmetrically located on each side of the house, and each window consists of 12 panes, of which 10 are green panes enclosing two, brown, middle panes. The entire scene is framed within a red semicircular banner containing the words, "SERVICE WITH PERSEVERANCE & COMPASSION - FULLY INSURED", all in white capital letters of the Arial font. Horizontally situated below and closing off, the semi-circular banner and printed in purple, capitalized, Arial font is the number "24", with the words "HOURS CARE" lettered and centered just below the number "24" in capitalized Arial font. To the left of and level with, the number "24", and dropping below but touching, the bottom, left-hand side of the red, semi-circular, banner is the red outline of an upright heart, which is approximately 20% taller than the number "24". In the background of the heart, number "24", and "HOURS CARE", are six horizontal, alternating, gray and white stripes of the same width, spaced equally so that they are approximately one stripe-width less than the height of the number "24". The words "HOURS CARE" are printed in white, centered inside a solid purple rectangle that is the exact width of the horizontal stripes situated above and touching said two words.
