The mark consists of a stylized fan design created from lining, circles and an oval which form a quarter circle design and facing right. Centered at the very inside of the fan design are two small circles. Outward from the two small circles is a centered oval with three circles inside the oval. The next portion outward from the center are eight connected cones all of which narrow toward the centered oval, the eight connected cones forming a band of cones. Within the six interior cones of the band of cones are two circles disposed one above the other along a longitudinal axis of the cones. The outside upper and lower lines of the exterior cones contain two circles disposed along the outside lines between the upper and lower ends of the cones. There are fifteen lines extending outward creating a fan-like appearance. Between the band of cones portion and the outer lining are eight alternating triangle designs extending outward from the band of cones. The triangle design on the outer edges of the upper and lower portions of the section are half-triangles. The tip of each triangle design, except the one on the upper outside left portion has a circle at the point that it touches the outer line. Numbering the lines from left to right, the first line does not have any circles in the portion extending outward from the band of cones design. The second line has a single circle at the outer tip of the line. The third line has two circles, one circle at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The fourth line has a single circle at the outer tip of the line. The fifth line has two circles, one at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The sixth line has two circles, one circle disposed along the line between the two ends of the line and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The seventh line has three circles, one circle at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design, one circle disposed along the line between the two ends of the line, and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The eighth line has two circles, one circle disposed along the line between the two ends of the line and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The ninth line three circles, one circle at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design, one circle disposed along the line between the two ends of the line, and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The tenth line three circles, two circles disposed along the line between the two ends of the line and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The eleventh line has four circles, one circle at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design, two circles disposed along the line between the two ends of the line, and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The twelfth line three circles, two circles disposed along the line between the two ends of the line and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The thirteenth line has four circles, one circle at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design, two circles disposed along the line between the two ends of the line, and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The fourteenth line has three circles, two circles disposed along the line between the two ends of the line and one circle at the outer tip of the line. The fifteenth line has four circles, one circle at the base of the line where it meets the top of the triangle design, two circles disposed along the line between the two ends of the line, and one circle at the outer tip of the line.
