The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods, namely, a bottle. The words "KETEL ONE VODKA IMPORTED K KETEL ONE THE NOLET DISTILLERY THE ORIGINAL 1 POT STILL NO. 1 KETEL ONE VODKA INSPIRED BY SMALL BATCH CRAFTMANSHIP FROM OVER 10 GENERATIONS OF FAMILY DISTILLING EXPERTISE C.H.J. NOLET IMPORTED THE NOLET DISTILLERY FOUNDED IN 1691 THE NOLET FAMILY DISTILLERY FOUNDED IN 1691 IMPORTED" appear at various places from the top to the bottom of the front view of the bottle. The top cover of the bottle has the words "Ketel One VODKA" appearing on the top surface of the cover. The cover of the bottle has a band around the middle with the word "IMPORTED" appearing on the band. The letter "K" appears beneath the band in stylized bold font on a vertical rectangle bordered at the top and bottom by lines. The base of the bottle's neck has the superimposed words "KETEL ONE" in transparent glass. Beneath that section still at the top part of the bottle appears a coat of arms comprising of two creatures resembling lions to each side of a crest in the middle. The crest is split vertically in half. The right half of the crest is also split horizontally in half. Directly on top of the crest is a rounded top hat-looking shape and directly on top of that is the head of a bull. The coat of arms is superimposed in transparent glass. Beneath that appears the words "THE NOLET DISTILLERY" bordered by and superimposed in transparent glass. The middle section of the bottle has a vertical rectangular label. The top and bottom of the label are bordered by lines. At the top section of the label appears a picture within a bordered square. The picture is of a man appearing to place coal with a shovel in a distillery oven with an open door. To the right side of the distillery oven is a pile of coal. On top of the entrance of the oven appears the number "1". Directly on top of the bordered square appear the words "THE ORIGINAL" and directly beneath the square appears the words "POT STILL NO. 1." At the middle section of the label appears the words "Ketel One VODKA" appearing in two rows where the first row is bordered by lines. The words "Ketel One" are bolded and are on the top row and the word "VODKA" is in uppercase letters and appears on the bottom row. The "K" in the word "Ketel" is in larger font and appears in a vertical rectangle which is bordered at the top and bottom by lines that extends such that the bottom part of the letter "K" is on the same row as the word "VODKA." Directly beneath the words "Ketel One VODKA" are the words "INSPIRED BY SMALL BATCH CRAFTMANSHIP FROM OVER 10 GENERATIONS OF FAMILY DISTILLING EXPERTISE" appearing in four rows and in uppercase letters. Directly beneath that towards the bottom right corner of the label is a signature and beneath the signature are the words "C.H.J. NOLET." Just above the border at the bottom of the white label appears the word "IMPORTED." At the bottom section of the bottle appears a label with a circle in the middle. The circle has a thick border which is in turn bordered with two thin circles. To each side of the circle appears a border at the top and bottom of the label. The part of the label to the left of the circle shows the words "THE NOLET Founded" in two rows. "THE NOLET" appears on the top row in uppercase letters and "Founded" appears in lowercase letters except for the letter "F". The part of the label to the right of the circle shows the words "DISTILLERY In 1691" appearing in two rows. The top row shows the word "DISTILLERY" in uppercase letters and the bottom row shows "In 1691" with the "I" in "In" in uppercase. On the border around the circle and in between the two thin borders appear the words "THE NOLET FAMILY DISTILLERY FOUNDED IN 1691." Within the circle appears a coat of arms featuring two backward facing unicorns each to the side of a crest. The left side of the crest features the head of a bull in the middle. The right side of the crest is split into two by a horizontal line. Both the top and bottom half of this side of the crest feature three acorn-shaped items. The crest and unicorns are standing on an interlocking ribbon and strand of leaves. Directly on top of the crest is a spherically shaped crown with stripes. On each side of and beneath the crown are clouds. Directly on top of the crown is the head of a bull. Beneath the label at the bottom of the section of the bottle is the word "IMPORTED" superimposed in transparent glass.
