The mark consists of a circle. Inside the circle is a cartoon car steering wheel that forms a face. The center of wheel is a large circle that is the nose. Atop the horizontal cross bar of the steering wheel are two semi-circle speedometer-like gauges that form the eyes. Each eye has a center dot in it and a needle. For its right eye, the needle points to the ten o'clock position. For its left eye, the needle points to the two o'clock position. Under the nose is a smiling mouth with its tongue visible. Two cartoon hands grip the steering wheel in the nine o'clock and three o'clock position. The thumbs point up. The stylized text, "USE TWO" curves over the top of the steering wheel while the stylized text, "HOLD TRUE!" curves under the bottom of the steering wheel. A thin curved section of road with a center dashed line are along the left and right side of the steering wheel. Finally, an outer circle lines the outer perimeter of the circle.
