The color(s) black, white, beige, cream, green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of Four concentric circles, each successive circle being slightly smaller than the first. The outermost circle is cream, followed by beige, followed by white, followed by green. The words "Grove Mart" are written in black script through the center of the circle. They are underlined by four ascending slightly curved lines, which begin outside the outermost circle on the lefthand side, and continue through the center of the mark, ending just prior to the righthand side of the innermost circle. The bottom line is beige, above that is cream, and above that is green. The green line gives the visual image of grass growing out of it. The word "The" is centered over the word "Grove", and is also written in black script. The size of the font is slightly smaller that the font size used for "Grove Mart". Directly below the words "Grove Mart", centered in the lower half of the circle and in a font size large enough to take up the majority of the lower half of the circle is the word "Cafe" in black script. Above the letter "e" in "Cafe" is a green leaf, angled to take the place of an accent mark. In the top half of the circle, centered in the middle, and beginning in between the words "Grove" and "Mart" is the sketch of a green tree.To the right of the tree are three leaves. To the left of the tree is one leaf.
