The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tablet computer, including a keyboard, a display and a stand. The bottom center of the display housing includes four parallelograms arranged in a two-by-two grid. The display includes the word "Start" in the upper left corner above three rows of tiles separated into in two groups. Each tile contains a word and/or a graphic element. In the left group of tiles, the top row consists of a rectangle with the word "Mail", followed by a rectangle with a graphic icon of a calendar, followed by a square with the words "Internet Explorer" and a stylized "e" graphic, followed by a square with the word "Store" and an image of a shopping bag with four parallelograms arranged in a two-by-two grid on the bag. The second row in the left group consists of a rectangle with a graphic of two human figures, followed by a rectangle with the word "Photos", followed by a square that includes three sets of parallelograms arranged to form three adjacent rectangular images and the word "Maps", followed by a square that includes an image of two clouds. The third row in the left group consist of a square with the word "Desktop", followed by a square containing a thought bubble with a character face above the word "Messaging", followed by a rectangle with the word "Weather", followed by a rectangle with rectangular icon containing rectangles within it. In the second group of icons, the first row consists of a rectangle with the word "Bing"; the second row consists of a first square with the words "Xbox Games" and an image of a video game controller, followed by a partial square with the word "Camera" and a partial image of a camera; and the third row consists of a square with the word "Music" and an image of an audio headset, followed by a partial square with the word "Video" and a partial rectangle. The keyboard consists of an array of low-profile keys, the faces of the outermost keys in the array being flush with the surrounding face of the keyboard housing. The stand consists of an elongated, thin arm extendable downward at an angle from a back side of the table computer and an elongated, thin leg extending laterally from the arm to rest on a support surface. The dotted line representations of the keyboard housing, the display housing, the camera lens, the touchpad, and other indicia on the display are not part of the mark.
