The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a vehicle grille surround, consisting of a frame that has a substantially straight bottom, sides and top with rounded corners and on all sides flared to expand outwardly from front to back. Within the border of the surround is a substantially rectangular aperture, which is divided by a single vertical rib that is tapered from top to bottom with perpendicular sides and divided in its face by two vertical bevels. This vertical rib divides the aperture into approximately equal portions. At the top of the rib is an opening for mounting a hood ornament. The matter shown in broken lines is not a part of the mark, and serves only to show vents in the grille behind the subject surround and the placement of the mesh grille behind the surround.
