The mark consists of an oval shape. The oval is lying horizontally. At both ends of the oval extend rectangles, as if to make the shape of the entire mark to look like a belt, with the oval being the buckle and the rectangles being either end of the strap. The inside of the mark is royal purple in color. The first outline of the mark, a thin line, is wheat in color. The final outline of the mark, a thick line, is gold in color.
