The mark consists of A circular shape made out of two black swooshes and a red dot, with one swoosh starting on the left with a big head (just below an imaginary center of the circle) and moving upward tapering to end in the northeast corner of the circle. The second swoosh starts just above the (imaginary) center line on the right of the sphere with a fat head tapering to end with a small space between it and the beginning top swoosh. The phrase "Creating Results Through Our Human Connection" is written in gray to the right of the swoosh circle under a blue line that runs horizontal from a small space to the right of the painted "dot" and fades as the word "connection" ends.
