Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the stylized letters "S", "B", "C", "C" arranged close to one another in a way that the "S" sits at the top left area, the "B" next to it, slightly lower to the right, the first "C" under the "B", partially overlapping the "B", and the second "C" next to the "B", slightly beneath to the right. In the center sits a cross, with - on top of it - the traditional symbol of medicine, the caduceus of Hermes, featuring two snakes around a winged staff. Next to it, to the right, the word "SOUTHBAY" in upper case, with the words "CANNA CLINIC" in upper case underneath.
