Directly underneath the pelican and the wording "Three Lagoons Realty" are three waves that cover the bottom half of the logo. In between the three waves are small white gaps that separate the three waves. The top wave is turquoise in color and starts out smaller on the left side and gradually increases on the right side. The second wave is blue and starts out larger on the left side and gradually decreases on the right side.
