The color(s) burgundy red, yellow/gold, orange, white and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the upper two-thirds portion of a black stemmed translucent wine glass centered as a portrait layout on a black background, with partially shaded, polygonal geometrics in burgundy red , orange and yellow constituting vapor/steam appearing throughout the background. The wine glass is half filled with translucent burgundy red liquid with an additional cloud of burgundy red steam/vapor emanating from the top half of the glass to the top of the portrait, and surrounding the right lower portion of the bowl of the glass. Directly under the left portion of the surface area of the burgundy red liquid, within the confines of the glass, is a white curved triangle made of three, variously shaped geometric figures-- specifically "other lines, bands or bars", followed by the words "Trivedi Somras", in white font . These words are underscored by a straight yellow/gold line, with the word "MERLOT" centered beneath the underscore in the same yellow/gold color.
