The main color is yellow while the less dominant colors are white and blue. Yellow is the color of the text with a white and blue stroke, respectively. There is a distinct design element with the second letter "o" in obolt. This letter "o" has a lighting bolt running through it with an opening on the left side where the lighting bolt begins. All of the letters with the exception of "l" and "t" are touching.
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to obolt and this has no meaning in a foreign language.
