The mark consists of the appearance, design and atmosphere of a traditional Puerto Rican themed restaurant, that simulates and evokes a 1940's Puerto Rican country community, with houses and mini-markets through specific ornamentation, designs and decorative elements in lightning, wall surface treatment and colors, ceiling panels, colors and furnishings, particularly, zinc and wood as a ceiling and wood window frames with Puerto Rican portraits and Puerto Rican scenery background as windows; wooden doors, benches, tables and chairs; the light fixtures on walls simulate street lights; brick floors; the waiters uniforms consist of traditional Puerto Rican clothing, white 'guayabera' and pants with panama hats for the men and white dresses with white head scarf or turban for women.
