"SOUTHERN, SUNPOWER, OR SOUTHERN SUNPOWER"
The mark consists of the words "Southern SunPower"and a composite design of three images: an image of a single, elliptic leaf embedded in the image of a stylized house embedded in the image of a sun, which has rays radiating from its circumference. The stem of the leaf originates from the bottom-left of the house and extends diagonally upwards, terminating at the upper-right corner of the house. The leaf is the smallest of the three images. The house, which is larger than the leaf but smaller than the sun in which it is embedded, lacks details except for the base of the house, the roof, and a chimney extending from the roof. The house is enclosed by the filled circle of the sun, which is the largest image in the design. The words "Southern SunPower" are superimposed over the lower third of the image.
