The white letters "T", "L", and "C" appear respectively within the three top points of the red star, and the white letters "E", "M", and "S" appear within the points of the bottom three points of the red star. Centered within the red star is a caduceus-like symbol in which the two gray rope-like elements twist around a white pole topped with a blue circle with a thin black border. The rope-like elements terminate behind a red heart design at the base of the outstretched wing element.
