"FLATHEAD LAKE" AND "BREWING COMPANY"
The mark consists of a dark blue round compass circle with directional marks of small light brown triangles within the circle, except the 4th, 8th, 12th and 16th directional marks beginning from the top center clockwise, which are triangles in burgundy red outlined by white. Above the compass is a banner of burgundy red which contains the words "Flathead Lake" in black outlined by light brown. Below the compass are the words "Brewing Company" in black. Before and after the words "Brewing Company" are two separate light brown branches containing eight leaves going upward along the lower curve of the circle. Within the dark blue circle of the compass is a boat in light brown and burgundy red centered with a sail and small flag atop the sail also in light brown and burgundy red. Two small dark blue birds are in the upper right portion of the compass in the background, along with a dark blue and white mountain along the left center portion of the circle compass. The remaining center of the compass is colored light blue, with some white lines and light blue indicating water in the lower one-half of the compass circle and small predominantly white pine trees with some dark blue in the left of the two pine trees, both located along the middle right of the compass circle placed upon a white and dark blue land mass. The mark is placed over a transparent background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
