The mark consists of a package for headphones, earphones, or ear buds which presents an overall impression of a package for an audio tape cassette. On the front of the package is a circular raised window through which the goods can be viewed which is delineated by dashed lines. The package is opened in a manner that is identical to the manner in which an audio tape cassette is opened: namely, the package is comprised of two pieces with the top piece pivoting with the bottom piece to comprise the package. When assembled, the two pieces connect such that the package is opened in a "clam shell" manner permitting access to the product. The matter shown in dashed lines is not part of the mark.
