All letters other than the white "s" are in black. These colors is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.

The flag represents the Sarasota Yacht Club burgee. The two black circles under the letter "s" represents two wheels or tires spinning quickly. The text "arasota" is in black and appears just to the right of the white letter "s" and underneath "arasota" is the text "Yacht Rodders" italicized in black. All text is sans serif.
