The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the design feature of the goods which is a design for a pocket. The mark appears as a line across the upper portion of the back pocket of the goods where the mark is formed. Immediately below and to the left and the right is a small zigzag stitching design. There is also a small zigzag stitching design approximately 1/4 inch below the top of the pocket. About an inch below the small zigzag stitch, there is an arcuate stitched line which extends from one side of the pocket to the other. Shortly below this arcuate stitched line is stitched line which also extends from one side of the pocket to the other. The shape of the pocket and broken lines forming the pocket are not part of the mark but only serve to show position of the mark on the goods.
