Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the word "VOICEWORKS" with the second "O" in the word substituted with the VoiceWorks logo, which is a figure comprising two concentric circular shapes, described further as follows. The outer shape appears as a nearly complete circle extending from the eight o'clock position around to the seven o'clock position, with two lines extending outward from those points to form two legs of an isosceles triangle that join together at a point that is approximately the same distance from the mid-point of the line constituting the outer circular shape as such mid-point is from the center of the circle, and with the legs of the triangle extending at approximately sixty degree angles from an imaginary tangent to the circular shape that constitutes the base of the triangle, with the point of tangency located halfway between the seven and eight o'clock positions. The second shape is a semicircle located within, but not attached to, the first shape, comprising a line of equal thickness as the outer shape extending from the three o'clock to the nine o'clock position. The thicknesses of the lines of both the outer and inner shapes are approximately one fourth (1/4th) of the radius of the outer circular shape as measured from the center-point to the outer edge of the circle. The overall figure resembles a circular, eye-less, "smiley-face" cartoon quote bubble with the point of the bubble extending downwards from the lower left quadrant.
