The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress on an insulated food and beverage container consisting of the area encompassed by the solid lines in the drawing, the solid lines forming the peripheral edges of the container running from the front corners of the container's opening to each corresponding corner at the end of the closing flap, the solid lines forming the horizontal edge connecting the peripheral edges at the end of the closing flap, and the solid lines forming the handle. The claimed surface area includes the outward facing and inward facing sides of the peripheral and horizontal edges. The dashed lines within the claimed surface area indicating stitching on the peripheral and horizontal edges and the handle are part of the mark. The dashed lines within the claimed surface area indicating stitching in foldable crease areas are not part of the claimed mark. The drawing represents a view of the container in a collapsed, folded form; however, the trade dress also appears in the same manner on the container when expanded to hold food and beverages inside.
