The mark consists of a standing man dressed in a double breasted suit, a fedora hat, dress shirt, tie, shoes, and dark "retro" looking sunglasses. The lighting is from the right, and the right half of his face is in shadow. In front of him stands a single-cutaway, single-pickup archtop electric guitar, with a stylized sunburst finish...his right hand rests on the guitar's headstock, his left arm hangs at his side, and his right leg is crossed in front of his left, right toe resting on the ground. The text "the jazz jones legacy" is printed to the right of the standing man, on a line vertically aligned just below the man's left shoulder; the typeface is Architectura...the word "The" is in very small print and is placed just above the first "z" in the word "jazz".
