The mark consists of a stylized sunburst design with nine stylized rays extending upward from a curved line whose ends are connected by a horizontal line to provide an enclosed area design forming the base of the mark. Within the enclosed area design are five single line circles arched along the arched line. The nine rays are formed from stylized cones which narrow toward the enclosed area design base. The outward top of each cone has a triangle cap with a single lined circle inside the triangle and a single line circle on each side corner of the bottom of each cap. The three center rays have three single line circles extending down the center of the cone and outward from the base of the cone. The next two rays away from the center each contain four single line circles extending down the center of the cone and outward from the base of the cone. The next two rays away from the center each contain five single line circles extending down the center of the cone and outward from the base of the cone. The two rays at the base of the mark each contain six single line circles extending down the center of the cone and outward from the base of the cone. All of the rays include a triple-lined circle within the cone disposed directly below the triangular cap.
