The certification mark, as intended to be used by authorized persons, is intended to certify that the services provided are rendered by a practitioner (1) trained in the use of an electronic apparatus for treating macular degeneration; (2) trained in a macular degeneration treatment protocol established by the certifier; and (3) trained in teaching patients to continue their treatment at home by treating themselves according to a self-treatment protocol for macular degeneration established by the certifier.
